Our Services
We try to offer a more personal
service to your holiday. We have experienced local managers to look after the
chalet who are available to answer your questions both about your apartment and
also on the local areas and activities that are on offer. On request during the
winter you can hire them as a ski guide for a day.
We can arrange a
private airport transfer from Zurich, Geneva or Basel (up to 8 people) 750 Euro
for a return journey. By prior arrangement with us we can collect you from the
train station in Grindelwald if you are arriving between 3-6pm (15:00 to 18:00
hrs)
Before your arrival we can help you with booking ski lessons which
is essential during busy weeks. We can also assist you with pre-booking your
rental equipment so you just need to pick it up on your arival.
During
the winter months we offer a transport service each morning to take you to the
ski lifts at 8.15, 8.45,9.15 and 9.45
As you book your holiday through
our site you will be offered the chance to add a welcome hamper to your booking
which will be waiting for you on your arrival this consists of: local bread
loaf, local cheese, bottle of olive oil, salt, pepper and a variety of herbs,
pot of jam, butter, milk, sugar, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, juice and biscuits
and washing powder.
All bed linen and towels are provided and will be
changed once a week if you are staying longer. There is a hairdryer available
for your use and all of the apartments have WI FI connection available.
We have a communal laundry room with washing and drying
machines. |
