Ski School
The main Swiss Ski and Snowboard
School cater for all levels and teach in many different languages and are very
professional. You can choose from private or group lessons and have half or
full days tuition. They also have a children’s ski school on the separate
Bodmi nursery slopes which is accessed either by bus or on foot from the town.
They take children from 3 years old and teach them for half days. You can find
all the information at www.grindelwaldsports.ch or pop into the tourist office
on arrival to make a booking, we do advise during the school holidays that you
pre book as they get very busy, we can do this for you if required.
There are many other private ski schools which you will find in town,
all the prices are pretty similar and its just a case of which one you prefer.
There are also creches situated at First, Kleine Schidegg and
Mannlichen if you have small children or ones who do not want to ski. Just ask
us for the details.
Ski Passes
A 6 day ski pass for the
Grindelwald and Wengen areas are:
Adults 272Francs,
16-19 Year olds
218Francs
and 6-15 year olds 136Francs.
